I had a mixed experience at Oasis Baan Saen Doi Spa Resort. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the setting was peaceful and beautiful, which I appreciated. However, the location is quite far from Chiang Mai's city center, and the services provided left much to be desired, particularly in terms of amenities and responsiveness. The pool area had some construction, but it didn't disrupt my relaxation too much.

The Luxury Suite was fantastic, featuring a spacious hallway between the bedroom and bathroom and a large shower. The decor with wooden furniture was beautiful.
Service

The staff was generally friendly and helpful, but the reception was often left unattended, which caused issues when I needed assistance.

The resort is in a lovely, calm area, but it's far from the city center. I had to pay 250 baht for every trip to Chiang Mai, and I faced some traffic hassles.
Dining

Breakfast was enjoyable with custom options like pancakes, but overall the quality seemed rather poor with limited choices, especially for a resort.
Facilities

Facilities were decent, although I noticed some construction near the pool that detracted from the ambiance. The spa services were excellent.

My stay at Oasis Baan Saen Doi Spa Resort offered some moments of comfort, yet there were notable inconveniences. The service was warm, but the location was quite remote. While my room was beautifully furnished and spacious, the dining options left much to be desired.

I enjoyed the beautifully furnished room with a spacious layout, but found the scenic views lacking. My corner suite was lovely, but the balcony overlooked a parking lot instead of the paddy fields I had hoped for.
Service

The staff were genuinely kind and accommodating, often going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. However, I faced issues with unresponsive reception at times, especially when I needed assistance in the evening.

I appreciated the tranquil surroundings, but the resort's distance from Chiang Mai made it challenging. Taxis were often hard to find, and the journey back from the city was lengthy during peak hours.
Dining

While the breakfast I received was quite basic and felt repetitive, the dinner at the restaurant across the road was enjoyable. However, I missed more diverse options during my stay.
Facilities

The pool was a nice touch, but I found it off-putting to have to walk to a different building to access it. The spa was lovely, and the dining area was pleasant, but overall, I expected more from the amenities.

I had an amazing stay at Oasis Baan Saen Doi Spa Resort. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel like a valued guest. While the location was a bit far from downtown Chiang Mai, I appreciated the calm and peaceful environment it offered. The custom breakfast was a good touch, and I loved my spacious room, but the surroundings might not suit everyone looking to be in the thick of the city hustle.

The on-site spa was great, and I highly recommend booking in advance. They also offered bicycles for exploring the community, which added to the charm of my stay.

My stay at Oasis Baan Saen Doi Spa Resort was a mix of highs and lows. On the positive side, the interior design was amazing, and my room was beautifully appointed with a stunning bathroom and generous space. However, I was disappointed with my view, as it overlooked a carpark and bushes instead of the promised mountains and paddy fields. Additionally, the distant pool and restaurant location were inconvenient, impacting my overall experience. 🌄🥺

My stay at Oasis Baan Saen Doi Spa Resort was truly good, though the location is quite a bit away from the city center. The boutique vibe made it feel cozy and private, and I was impressed by the hospitality of the staff. On the downside, transport to the main attractions can be pricey, and the bathroom in my suite could use a bit of touch-up. Overall, it was a peaceful escape from the bustling Chiang Mai.

I stayed in a Luxury Suite, room #1, and I absolutely loved it. It was spacious, beautifully decorated with traditional touches, and had a big bathroom with a fantastic waterfall shower. The bed was probably the most comfortable I've ever slept in.

The service here was unparalleled. Everyone was polite and went out of their way to help, from booking sightseeing trips to arranging transportation. A special shoutout to Jessica and Bobby, who always made sure we felt taken care of.

While the resort is situated in a quiet gated community, it is roughly 15 minutes from Chiang Mai's center. It was nice and tranquil for a getaway, but if you want easy access to the city, you might want to consider that the transport can be quite expensive.

Breakfast was a highlight! I loved the custom menu; the scrambled eggs were some of the best I've had, and the banana pancakes were delicious too. I also enjoyed several meals at the restaurant, which consistently served excellent, fresh dishes.

The facilities were great with a gorgeous pool, tennis courts, and a lovely café and restaurant. However, I did wish they had a wider range of mixed drinks at the bar.
